I received a workbook from a friend for christmas and I’ve slowly been making my way through it. One of the activities was to make a playlist. To choose songs that inspired self-love, make it your own personal soundtrack.
I let it simmer in the back of my head for a while and eventually i decided as it was Women’s History Month that it was worth going through my itunes library and find songs that spoke to me. It was a fun exercise in seeing what I had in my library, remembering when I got the songs and what emotions it brought up for me!
I will say that this playlist brings me joy and makes me feel strong. I challenge each of you to at least think of one song you can hum or play to give a boost when you need it most…
