Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
Preparation
Mix flour and baking soda.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place into greased mini muffin pan (i got 22 out of 24) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
The original recipe indicated that dogs shouldn’t eat a lot of cake, so i decided mini muffins vs an 8 inch cake was a better choice!
I decided they didn’t need frosting and would prefer the cakes, as is, and i didn’t have cottage cheese to food process up, nor yogurt powder!
The boys enjoyed them quite a bit!
