Seasoned Edamame

There are a couple of places in town that have seasoned edamame and we love it! So we decided to try and re-create it at home! We get the big old box-o-edemame at costco – super easy to cook – 3 minutes in the microwave!


  • 1 bag o edemame (2-3 cups) – cooked
  • Spicy oil – 1-4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder with parsley
  • Salt to taste


  • Sprinkle oil on the edemame
  • Sprinkle season salt and garlic powder over edemame
  • Add salt to taste
  • Stir with a fork
  • Eat!

Love edamame..
but I have been cooking, shelling,(yuk) and then
putting seasoning on…do you eat the shells???
This looks like a much easier way….
