I’ve decided to try and make a meal plan for a month at a time.
So far, so good.
I’ve got all my favorites written down on our January Calendar. I’ve picked stuff that is pretty quick for week nights, and with left overs that don’t make me feel overwhelmed, but always with a lunch for the week!
I’ve also be able to fit in a couple new recipes that we can try! I’m pretty excited to see if this will work.
I need to be careful not too have too many things defrosted or about to go bad since we have things come up that throw off our week, but i’m hopeful it will all work out great!
Weekends are reserved for the harder, more complicated recipes!
