The taste of Colorado!

Friday night hubby and I headed down to the Taste of Colorado! We have been every year and every year we get more excited than we should. This time we managed our expectations and my diet plans!  There were a bunch of new restaurants, and that really excited us!

We had some dumplings and California rolls at Tokyo San Bowl.  (we’ll definitely be looking this place up in the near future)

Chicken taco at Fat Daddy’s – super yummy!!!
Currently not open as a restaurant – sigh…

Golden Toad – Shrimp Bomb – I think i recall these guys are open down in Highlands Ranch

Alpine Sausage Company – taste of the hot link – mmmmm yummy!

Steak with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce and a bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeno from Trail dust Steak House. – the steak was icky, jalapeno was yummy!

We had a good time and enjoyed some new tasty food!
