Found this recipe in hubbie’s grill cookbook. I didn’t have any cajun spices so I substituted chili powder instead! Really great!
- 4 Tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil4 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 chicken breasts pounded thin
Combine Frank’s Red Hot, oil, and chili powder. Split mixture into 2 batches. Brush mixture onto both sides of chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Place chicken on grill. Grill over medium high heat 10 minutes, turning once or until chicken is no longer pink in the center turning once. Brush second batch of marinade while cooking.
